There are lots of exciting things happening in the lab this summer!
Work continues on our ongoing mosquitofish project focused on range expansion phenotypes. Ainsley Fitch (2029) presented preliminary findings from this project at the UW Undergraduate Research and Inquiry Day.
Two other undergraduates, Gavin Baker (2027) and Camden Foley (2027) were awarded research fellowships from both the Wyoming NASA Space Consortium and the Wyoming Research Scholars Program to carry out research projects in the lab.
Evelyn Esparza has joined the lab as a Master’s student and has jumped into research this summer!
